Here at C&M Herefords we are proud of the progress our herd has made over the years. We have focused our attention to the maternal side of our females. Our ideal cow is one with rib and body, quality udder, easy fleshing, moderate sized, attractive, and massive designed. Most important is their ability to raise a quality calf year in and year out. Our registered cows are managed like our commercial cows and receive no special treatment. We demand maximum production out of every cow and strive to improve the herd through every calf crop.

We demand maximum production out of every cow. Our ideal female is efficient, moderate framed, and fundamentally sound with tons of longevity. Every cow, commercial or registered, is treated the same. They are wintered and summered on forty acres of pasture and supplemented with a 20% protein breeder cube in the winter months. Every cow is expected to calve, clean out, and mother up with limited labor. Our Angus bulls have been selected for performance, rib and body, fleshing, and disposition.
